btw, that's an entry i wrote like, a week ago, but the compy screwed up and didn't post it, so i'm posting it now :-p,  (the entry on this day right underneath the entry i'm writing right now)

hey!  i used right three times (well, two rights and a write), and 3 rights make a left!

can you say 5-0?

wow, ok, so  time for another xanga entry!!! *superhero music*

hmm, nothin much to talk about this time, but i found somethin today

have you ever taken the time to sit and listen to a music box?  what about the same one for minutes on end, only because you can't get the song out of your head?  I found that music boxes are some of the most intriguing things, because you can just sit there and listen to it for minutes on end.  You can sit there and wonder at the complexity of gears and cogs it took to put this work of art together.

It's those kinds of things that make you feel that the whole world is just so simple if it was so complex just to produce that music.  And with that, you find an innocence like no other.

Such blissful innocence.  Enough to where, it's just so easy to retreat to the world of your dreams, the world where it doesn't matter what anyone else says about you.  Where it doesn't matter if everyone is different.  Where it doesn't matter if we need our own space, our own time, our own relaxation.

Where it doesn't matter if you drift off, because even if you can't be found by those outside, you'll still be there.

All we have to do is to find a little bit of that simple world within the complex music box in our minds.

It's teacher time!!

Ok.

Who here can accept and retain a good thing?  One?  Maybe a few of you.  Maybe none.  What is it that seems to keep others from keeping what is important to them?

Example time!  Say you were moving away, and you knew that you probably would never get to see your old friends again.  Wouldn't it really kill you to just give up and leave them?  It would if it were me.  If you were a good friend, wouldn't you try your best to try to retain your friendship regardless of where you are?

Or here's this....  You and your friend get in a big argument over something stupid (You accuse your friend for stealing your socks [i'm not really into creativity for this analogy] )  and it causes a big rift in between the two of you.  Shouldn't one of you at least try to fix whatever problem has arisen?  That's what you probably should do.

But....what if....what if......

What if, you began telling people that your "friend" is untrustworthy, a liar, or a cheat?  What's going to be the reaction from everyone?  What would be the reaction of your "friend"?  Is that really right?  Is it right at all to make a mountain out of an anthill (eh, i feel like picking on ants) and do this?  Well, you tell me.

I know my answer....what's yours?  Would you think for yourself?  Would you think for the benefit of everyone?

How about another analogy?

From the audience's point of view, they get pretty sick of watching the same movie every day.  There very well may be a day when they just get up and leave, and the show still goes on, but no one attends.  Why?  Because it gets old.  Fast.  And on that same day, that audience will go to a more interesting movie.  Just a hunch.

And on another note, the whole cast couldn't even keep their performance together.  They couldn't get 2 stars in a million years with the same show.

So is there a solution?

Hah

Yeah, there is one, but would the cast be willing to try for a sequel?  Would they be willing to try for a better performance?  A better show?  It shouldn't take much.  The only thing they'd have to do is to stop overdramatizing their parts, and play those parts so that the rest of the cast can agree.  Then maybe the audience will stay hooked on the movie for a longer time.

Call it a hunch.

hehe, daaaang

i haven't updated in quite a long time.  i'll try to be better about that.

anyway, school is over!! yay!! aaand, it's only a month till it comes back.  poo....it's scary, i've been having dreams about school, and they're all nightmares!!!!! nooooo

ummmm  let me see....   well, i just recently got home from San Antonio

yea, that was interesting.....time for a flashback

whooooossshhhh   *flashback noises*

ok, well on friday, we left at like, 8:45, and some time around 11 or 12, we ate at a Sonic...(mmmm, burger) then we went to Schlitterbahn, for a day of "fun".  lemme recall what happened there....first thing, we headed for a big slide that looked like it wasn't gonna take long at all.....  it turned out that while in line, it broke down for quite a long time.....we were at the top when this happened....we ended up waiting for almost 2 hours for a slide that took less than a minute... then we went back and got my mom and we went to look for a family ride....

the ride we did find had a strange thing where we waited in a line, and then once we were at the front, we went to go get a tube, but we couldn't get it unless we used the password (Tequila)  how stupid...we then proceeded to wait for more than an hour for the ride (it broke down at once while we were waiting)  i've had more fun waiting in line for a roller coaster....

by then, it was gettin close to 6, and we set off looking for some last minute rides....there was one that looked "interesting" that they went on.  it was called somethin like, "double twister" or something, but from what it sounded, it sounded kinda intense....i decide not to go on it and wait with my mom at the exit to the ride....it turns out that the ride seems to last about 20 seconds, it was that short....but it took mebbe 15-20 minutes for my dad and my brother to get through the line....so after that, we left.  (thank god)

we stayed at my uncle's house in San Antonio (he's got 3 kids)  and that night when we got there, i spent mebbe 2 hours playin DDR with them...hehehe  the next day was our family reunion, and that was very fun/cool.  i got to see all my cousins and uncles and aunts.  it was very cool to have them all there....i mean, there were mebbe 30 something people there!  (kid count = 17)  we had a burger lunch (heaven for me!!!! had 3! lol, i had a total of 9 burgers throughout the week last week)

we got to play games, like baseball, hoola hoop contest (which my bro won), water balloon toss (didn't win, but was fun), water balloon fight (the balloons kept bouncing off of everyone), doughnut eating contest (the one where you hang it on a string and try to see who can eat all of theirs without letting it fall.  that was a tough one....i almost came in second, but i dq'd when the last bit of my doughnut fell...poo) aaand, a pinata! (i got lots of candy, but i didn't get to hit it even once....i was like last in line to go)

after that we had a BBQ dinner, and after that, some fun fireworks (as set off by my dad and uncles)

hehe, then we went inside and played DDR until everyone left, after which, we watched Dodgeball with the cousins we stayed with.

and yesterday, well, we went to a restaurant for b-fast, had no lunch really, were on the road for a total of 7 hours, got home, ordered pizza, went to Braum's, and went to bed happy.  :-p

See, there are happy endings for even the craziest of kids.

well well....

Ok, how is it that the title i planned on naming for my movie that i plan to write happen to become the title of a video game that is coming out in the next year or so?  Is that even likely?  I mean, i didn't even plan on letting my title out, but somehow it is posted on a game coming up....And it doesn't even have my ideas in it!

Yea, i know i need to write the movie, but still, that thrill of going into the thought process of writing it is kinda spoiled for me now...  I really shouldn't complain, so many other people have problems of their own that i could be fretting about, but as this hits very personal to me, i had to post it.  I don't know where the gaming industry got the title, "Timeshift"....but something just isn't right about the whole thing....just had to blow off a bit of steam there....my movie will be better than this game anyway

so  to whoever stole my idea
